What to Expect
At Impact, we focus on kickboxing form and technique to build strength, mobility and balance with heart pumping combos that will have you shedding fat in no time flat. Your 1st visit will consist of a short consultation requiring you to arrive 30 minutes before class, so we can better assist you in preparing for class. After your consultation, you’ll be paired with a trainer who will be with you throughout your 1st session. Your trainer will discuss what to expect, answer any questions or concerns you may have, as well as offer modifications if needed. You and your trainer will go through a slower version of the class so you can grasp the mechanics and terminology of the general strikes we perform. Our gym is full of all ages,sizes and fitness levels who have all been through what you will experience.
Class Schedule
Check out our convenient class times! Kettleball classes are 30-40 minutes long, all other classes are an hour long unless otherwise specified.
